Shipping strategies

Depending on where you reside, we can ship by international parcels, EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT, or the sea if your order is more than one store.

Delivery and shipping times

Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will examine it first before sending you the invoice. We will prioritise your purchase, get the items in our inventory ready for you first, and then send you an invoice. Therefore, we will send it to you within one working day of receipt of payment.

The lack of products may cause a package delay. Restocking typically takes 3 to 15 days. Once the item is out of stock, we will email you, and nothing will be done unless you respond. You can request an exchange or a cancellation of your service from us.
