How do I handle a faulty product?
We are sorry that the product is flawed, and we will take proactive measures to address the situation. You must assist us as well.
First, please let us know within three days after delivery if the item is defective.
Second, please take a picture of the defective item and email it to me so that I may submit it to our Technical Director. If she approves, we will add the information to your next order without charge.
Third: If we were unable to identify. For the purpose of receiving a refund or an exchange of products, all items must be returned in their original condition. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
You can modify or cancel an order before it ships. Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once your package has been shipped.
